'Tis the season for season finales. Tonight we say goodbye to Survivor, Empire and Modern Family, until next fall. There are also all new episodes of NBC dramas like Chicago PD.

In the three-hour finale of Survivor, the jury will vote for the winner and there will be a live reunion special where all of the castaways discuss the season.

Heartbeat 

Dr. Alex Panttiere works hard to fulfill the last wish of a young, dying patient.

Law & Order: SVU

Guest star Brad Garret begins his multi-episode arc on SVU, playing an officer who is accused of sexually assaulting female inmates in and out of prison.

Chicago PD

Detective Lindsay and Detective Halstead investigate a family massacre, where only the youngest child survived.

FOX

Rosewood

Rosewood's ex-girlfriend visits, which causes drama in his personal and professional life. They try to locate a rich patient who vanished.

Empire 

In the season 2 finale, there is drama at Hakeem and Laura's wedding and Jamal's life is at risk if he continues to sing.

ABC

All four ABC comedies are serving up season finales. On The Middle, Brick graduates and tries to fight for his song to play at the ceremony. On The Goldbergs, Erica debates what to put in a time capsule. On Modern Family, Cam takes a job in Kansas City, while black-ish follows Dre's bizarre dream inspired by a Good Times marathon.

Nashville

In the second to last episode ever of the music drama, Deacon and Rayna try to repair their relationship and Scarlett and Gunnar consider leaving the tour.

Felicity, Curtis and Noah work to defeat Darhk, while Oliver and Diggle try to rescue Thea.

Supernatural 

While Sam and Dean face a new challenge, Rowena makes her first move.
