So, this book can be helpful to readers suffering from sleep disorders as well.
Throughout the book, Hurd shares his own experiences as examples, especially in terms of interpretation. Interpretation in this sense refers to finding personal meaning in the choices you make in your dreams and how they relate to the ones you make in the waking world. Interpreting dreams is tricky, because, as Hurd points out, they are multifaceted and therefore can have multiple meanings. He suggests setting up a dream journal and joining a dream group to discuss your ideas with others.
