Chris Evans knew from the time he was young that he wanted to be an actor and he recently shared an internship cover letter that his father found from 1998.
Evans took to Twitter on Wednesday, June 8, and shared with his 3.8 million followers a cover letter which he sent out to casting directors when he was a teenager asking them for a summer gig.
Along with a photo of the actual letter, he tweeted, “Wow. My dad found the letter I sent to DOZENS of casting directors during my junior year. Hilarious. #bestsummerever.”

In a follow-up tweet, he revealed that there is a headshot he sent in with that letter but called it “beyond humiliating” and opted not to share it. His fans, however, would love to see it. I mean how bad could it be since it did lead to an internship. So we’re waiting for that pic to show up on social media too soon.
And the resume/headshot I sent along with it is BEYOND humiliating. Truly comical. Luckily it did somehow lead to an internship. #dumbluck
