After the recent shooting in Dallas that left five police officers dead and seven wounded, viral sensation Chewbacca Mom sang a message of piece.
Candace Payne, who gained fame when she posted a video of herself laughing in a Chewbacca mask, made another video on July 11.
She posted, “I’ve been spreading joy…but I’ve found myself the last couple of days being silent because I’ve been so sad and so hurt by what’s going on.”
After warning viewers of not being an expert in the piano, she began singing Michael Jackson’s “Heal The World.”
Since posting it, the video has had over 450,000 views.
Payne has had multiple television appearances since her viral Internet fame, including an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
