Hollywood is mourning the loss of actor and director Garry Marshall, who died at the age of 81 on Tuesday, July 19.
As we noted, Marshall passed away from complications of pneumonia after he suffered a stroke.
The New York native was an icon in Hollywood as he was the creator of the TV show Happy Days and the director of movies like Pretty Woman, Runaway Bride, Mother's Day, The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement to name a few.
He also worked as a writer and producer on several other projects and with countless actors over the years so it comes as no surprise that so many A-listers took to social media to react and pay tribute to the news his death.
