'The Big Bang Theory' recap: 'The Brain Bowl Incubation'

This week on The Big Bang Theory, Amy tries to convert her and Sheldon’s skin cells to brain cells. The experiment is successful and they're reacting extremely well to tests. This is really exciting to Sheldon.

Sheldon decides that he and Amy should have a baby since their DNA is so good. Amy is less than thrilled with the idea, feeling they aren't ready. Sheldon doesn't want to take "no" for an answer. He tries to entice her by bending down slowly to pick up a pen he “accidentally” dropped. Unfortunately, his attempt is unsuccessful.

Back at the apartment, Sheldon continues to try and seduce Amy. After successfully avoiding him for a few hours, she comes home to a trail of rose petals, music and a dressed up Sheldon. This doesn't do it for Amy either. She leaves the apartment, which upsets Sheldon since now he has to figure out how to open all the oysters he got by himself.

Sheldon, however, is not ready to give up. He follows her across the hall and makes one last attempt by Flamenco dancing. Amy again walks out, but admits that was a close one that time. Sheldon almost had her with his suave moves. Looks like a baby won’t be conceived just yet.

Meanwhile, while working in the telescope room, Raj makes friends with the cleaning lady, Isabella. They talk a little bit and there seems to be a connection.

Later at the apartment, the guys and Penny question Raj when they see that he ordered broccoli. The only conclusion that makes sense is that he met someone he is trying to look good for. Raj tells the guys about her but lies and says she is an astronomer.

The next time he sees her, he asks her out. She declines the invitation, telling him she works two jobs and doesn’t have time for dating. Instead, Raj decides to surprise her by setting up a dinner in the telescope lab. He has also cleaned the rest of the floor so she has the time to eat with him.

Everything is going well until Howard steals toilet paper from her cart and then mentions that Raj said she is an astronomer. Isabella gets upset and walks out. Raj follows her and apologizes. He tells her there are many things about him that would embarrass her like his fear of butterflies and the fact that he lets his dog eat from his mouth because he enjoys it. Isabella admires his persistence and agrees that he can take her out on a date.

Hopefully this relationship will work out better than Raj's previous romances. It was also revealed that Isabella has a 19-year-old son.
