Fifty Shades of Gray actor Jamie Dornan reveals his sex life in comparison to his onscreen character Christian Grey. It turns out that the BDSM scene doesn't "interest [him] at all."
The actor reveals, "No. I’m not into that. My wife isn’t either. It’s funny. Obviously, there’s a huge market for it, a lot of people are into a certain type of sex but I am just not one of those people. It doesn’t interest me at all. So, I don’t think those roles have had any influence over our sex life.”
While the star isn't into BDSM, that not the only difference he has with Grey. Dornan also dislikes having to maintain his physical fitness through a large intensity of workout routines. He'd rather keep his body in shape by participating in sports such as rugby.
According to the Inquisitr, the actor revealed “I’m not very good at working on my physique but I had to run a lot for The Fall and for Fifty Shades, of course, you have to work out a lot. I don’t enjoy it massively, more so because it takes up a lot of time.”
While many differences remain between the actor and the fictional character, Dornan doesn't mind the nude scenes. The actor states, “I don’t really care about the whole nudist aspect of what is required of me as an actor. I hope there’s some degree of modesty remaining but I am not a prude in any way, I wasn’t brought up that way."
Regardless of their differences, Dornan will continue to play the role of Christian Grey in the next film Fifty Shades Darker.
