Tina Fey suggests sheet-caking as alt violence on 'SNL's Weekend Update'

SNL alum Tina Fey joined the crew at the desk on Saturday Night Live, Weekend Update Thursday to discuss the events in Charlottesville, Virginia this past weekend.

Appearing as herself, the University of Virginia graduate took a subtlety humorous approach to the whole situation.

"I've seen Raiders of the Lost Ark and I wasn't confused by it ... Nazis are always bad, I don't care what you say."

When she brought up that there are 9 more rallies planned across the U.S. this coming weekend, she said while many are canceled she hopes the one in New York is allowed to take place because she hopes the protesters "get the ham salad kicked out of them by a bunch of drag queens," because a drag queen is "still a 6'4" black man."

Fey then addressed the anxiety many Americans feel over the fact rallies like this are happening. Instead of worrying, she suggested going out and supporting local businesses like a Jewish-run bakery and order a cake with the American flag on it and just eat it.

“Sheet-caking is a grass-roots movement,” she said between bites. “Most of the women I know have been doing it once a week since the election.”

She also went after right wing supporters like Paul Ryan and Ann Coulter and got in a reference to Hillary's emails.

While she simply called Coulter yard sale Barbie, she went after Ryan for not "knowing how to at somebody on Twitter."

"Racism is bad @RealDonaldTrump, you p**sy."

All worked up, she said when your family tells you to calm down and you start to feel powerless to grab grilled cheese and dip it into the cake.

At the end she suggested that people treat the rallies like the opening of a movie with two female leads - "Don't show up."
