Critics Choice Awards full winners list- 'Get Out,' 'Shape of Water,' 'Handmaid's Tale' and 'Big Little Lies' score big

The Critics Choice Award, held Thursday, January 11, found similar movies and television shows on stage as with the Golden Globe Awards.

Shape of Water, Big Little Lies, Handmaid's Tale and Three Billboards led the night's wins.

In movies, Gary Oldman, took home Best Actor for his work in Darkest Hour. Frances McDormand was awarded Best Actress and Sam Rockwell won the trophy for Best Supporting Actor for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.  Best Supporting Actress went to Allison Janney for her performance in I, Tonya. Jordan Peele brought home Best Screenplay for Get Out.

For television, Best Actress in a Movie Made for TV or Limited Series went to Nicole Kidman, while co-stars Alexander Skarsgård and Laura Dern were named Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress for Big Little Lies.  The Handmaid’s Tale saw it's actors win Best Actress in a Drama Series (Elisabeth Moss) and Best Supporting Actress (Ann Dowd.)  The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel's Rachel Brosnahan brought home Best Actress in a Comedy Series.

The Critics Choice Awards are voted on by film critics around the country and have historically been the predictor of best film at the Oscars. Voting is open until the end of the day today, for the Oscars, which means the timing of last night's show could impact winners next month.
