Dragon Ball Fighter Z releases new DLC characters

Dragon Ball Fighter Z

Dragon Ball Fighter Z was released January 26 as the ultimate 2-D game, emulating the original Street Fighter-style video game, but with the Dragon Ball series’ characters.

And on Wednesday, Dragon Ball Fighter Z released its first season of downloadable characters with the releases of The Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly and Bardock.

So, now as you’re putting in work against Goku in an intense 3v3 deadlock matchup, you can either bring in Broly, the Legendary Super Saiyan who hates Kakarot with all of his being, or the man who sacrificially took on the entire Frieza legion by himself, Goku’s father, Bardock.

But could there be more DLC characters on the horizon? Maybe. Twitter user Ken Xyro, known gaming expert, revealed all of the DLC Characters that the game will be getting. He was able to see the ripped files from the game which revealed past character releases, but he also was able to decipher the coming characters as well as how they will be released.

Based on the file order, its Broly and Bardock as previously mentioned and then Zamasu, Vegito Blue, Goku (normal), Vegeta (normal), Tournament of Power Android 17 and Cooler (normal and final form) for Season 1 of the game.

No word on a Season 2 for the game, but obviously there’s other characters on the way and I’m sure that Bandai Namco Entertainment and company would want to stretch out any more reveals of DLC characters for monetary purposes for the game’s franchise.
