George got his training as a member of a touring theater company. Get got his start in tv as a veejay for MTVu, the college music channel by MTV. Always loving handyman projects and carpentry, he began the show Open House to the Rescue where he and his crew would go around saving the homes of people in need. This show eventually became George to the Rescue.
