Dragon Ball Heroes is the promotional anime short series that has turned out a lot of mixed reviews.

But that may change because, beginning on September 6, Dragon Ball Heroes will be made available on the Super Dragon Ball heroes’ official website.
Fans of the Dragon Ball series had been clamoring for the eight minute short series to be made readily available to them, but it was only being shown in Japan as promotion for the arcade game.
So, the website officially announced on Thursday that they will have the third episode of DBH on their website on the 6th at 11:00 a.m. in Japan so that’ll be late on the 5th for those in North America.

The episode is titled, “The Strongest Radiance! Vegito Blue Kaio-Ken Explodes!”
Okay, Cumber has absolutely nothing in terms of interesting personality, but it looks like the Heroes manga gave him what the promo anime couldn't bother to give him, a single interesting concept or thought.
